About The Founder

Brittany Smalls and her team support partner organizations through grant funding, strategic planning, digital media support, and a variety of training.

Brittany previously served as the President of Millennials In Action, leading the cause to increase voter turnout among Black millennials. As a founding member of the organization, Brittany served as a board member for three years prior to being selected as president. As President, she led field organizing, strategic planning, and political consulting for the political action committee.

Prior to her work as a full-time activist, Brittany spent ten years in social services where her roles spanned workforce development, community engagement, neighborhood advisory, veteran support, case management, housing insecurity, and homelessness. Through these roles, she utilized her expertise and grassroots organizing experience to help transform neighborhoods across Philadelphia and southwestern Pennsylvania.
